Autism: Don’t Be Afraid of Success..
A study on chelation as a treatment for autism has been dropped by the National Institute of Mental Health due to safety concerns. I’m shocked to why they would abandon a study on the most successful biomedical intervention based on parental anecdotal feedback.
Chelation has only be used to remove heavy metals from the body since World War I. It is a common and successful method of treating lead poisoning. It is a common and successful method of treating arsenic poisoning. It is a common and successful method of treating mercury poisoning. It even saved a man from atomic exposure!
The cynic in me cries that the chelation study was dropped because chelation is so effective as a treatment. This is the same cynicism that I have concerning the avoidance of a vax vs. unvax study. This is the same cynicism that I have for why the government has not followed up with any of the kids that received compensation in vaccine court to find out what caused the vaccine injury. Is the gov’t, CDC, AAP beating down the Poling’s door to find out what went wrong? Of course not! No one wants to pay the price for successfully studying autism.
Chelation is by far the best remedy that I have seen. I don’t care if someone tells me the science doesn’t back up my claims of success through chelation. I have family and friends that tell me of the success. I get to be apart of my son’s life because of chelation. I’m no longer an outsider for my son, my wife is no longer an outsider and my daughter is no longer an outsider all due to chelation.
Unfortunately, government agencies have to run from successful science. So afraid of success.
