TDAH - Waking at 6am Final Update

I’ve been sleeping.  The End. 

Seriously after going the entire month waking up at 6am every morning I am acutely aware that continuing this habit is not for me.  I was tired and irritable all month.

The most interesting item from this month long challenge was that I rarely needed my alarm clock.  After the first week, I would wake up on my own between 5:50-6:00 every morning.  I am always astounded by what we can condition our bodies to do.

On a side note, one of my brothers has started waking up at 6am every morning and is loving it.  I guess my claim that there is no redeeming value to waking up at such an hour is not universally true.
